How much does private home care cost?

Our private home care services start from £28.00 per hour, with flexible rates for shorter visits if needed. A small additional travel fee may apply, depending on your location. We are always transparent about our pricing and happy to discuss this with you in more detail.

Live-in care is charged weekly and starts at £1,400 per week for one person. 

What’s the difference between using an agency and your service?

When you choose us, you’re choosing a fully managed and regulated service. We directly employ all of our carers, meaning we handle everything from recruitment and training to holiday pay, pensions, and supervision. This allows you to focus on what really matters — the wellbeing of your loved one.

With introductory agencies, you would typically need to recruit, manage, and employ the carer yourself, which can add extra stress and responsibility.

Can a family member get paid for providing care?

Yes, a family member can receive Carer’s Allowance if they provide at least 35 hours of care per week. This can also come with National Insurance credits and access to other financial support like Universal Credit or Council Tax reduction.

What training do your carers receive?

Our carers complete a comprehensive induction program that combines classroom learning with hands-on practical experience. Each carer shadows an experienced team member before working independently. We also provide ongoing training opportunities, so our team remains skilled and up-to-date on best practices in home care.

Can I choose my carer?

Yes, we always strive to match you with a carer whose skills, experience, and personality best fit your needs and preferences. We take the time to understand your likes, dislikes, and any special requirements to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with your chosen carer. This includes taking cultural preferences into account — we can provide carers who are sensitive to and experienced in supporting people from Asian, Muslim, Jewish, and other cultural backgrounds.
