About the Role
As a Female Care Worker in Watford, you’ll deliver personal and practical care to clients across the local area. You’ll assist with daily tasks, promote emotional wellbeing, and offer companionship — all while travelling between homes and supporting clients in the community.
Duties
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with meal preparation and medication administration
- Assisting with household tasks and errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Recording care plans and maintaining accurate documentation
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, or outings
- Maintain a safe, clean home environment (light housekeeping)
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities
