As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Clinical Nurse Lead to play a vital role in overseeing clinical operations, supporting complex care delivery, and ensuring the highest standards across our home care services. About the Role
You will take ownership of clinical coordination, complex client assessments, complaints management, and staff supervision, while ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse seeking a varied, hands-on role with real impact.
Duties
- Lead and oversee clinical operations across our home care service
- Conduct assessments, reviews, and spot checks for complex clients
- Manage clinical concerns and complaints from start to resolution
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practice
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation
- Support, supervise, and guide care staff in the community
- Deliver training to ensure consistently high standards of care
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and families
- Escalate and manage safeguarding and complex clinical issues
- Contribute to governance, reporting, and service improvement
- Travel to community settings and branches as required

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
- Strong clinical experience within home care, social care, ICB, or private healthcare
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, complaints handling, and safeguarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- High level of IT and administrative competence
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (business insurance required)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
